Pricing
Rates & fee guidance
Engagement fees follow scope — number of funds, extract quality, and board deadlines — not software subscription tiers.
How we price
Fees reflect the volume of restricted funds, the completeness of your voucher archive, and whether programme tracking applications need a separate analytics pass. Quotes are fixed for an agreed scope after a short intake call; we do not sell monthly product plans.
Starting points
| Engagement | Starting fee (MYR) | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Nonprofit Fund Accountability Audit | 12,800 | Fund count, multi-entity groups, compressed donor visits |
| Grant Tracking Analytics Review | 6,400 | Number of applications and months in the sample |
| Board Reporting Assurance Brief | 4,200 | Pack length and turnaround under eight days |
| Restricted Fund Coding Clean-up | 7,900 | Look-back window and on-site workshop days |
Estimate factors we always ask about
- How many active restricted funds sit in scope?
- Are grant agreements available in English or Bahasa Malaysia?
- Which tracking applications export spend or beneficiary logs?
- Is fieldwork needed outside Klang Valley?
- What is the hard external deadline (donor visit, AGM, regulator filing)?
Deposits & billing
A 40% commencement invoice is due before fieldwork. The balance is invoiced on delivery of the final memo or briefing pack. Travel outside Klang Valley is billed at cost with prior approval.
What is never included in these rates
Statutory audit opinions, legal advice, software licences, and bookkeeping retainers. If your needs sit outside our engagements, we will say so during intake.
